Our spring lineup is now available!
Mosaic IPA
This single-hop IPA, packaged on 4-4-24, uses our staff’s most beloved hop variety, Mosaic™. Late hop additions and a hefty dry hop showcase the unique and complex aromatics this hop exhibits. Using a classic West Coast IPA grain bill and keeping the bitterness low, this IPA will appease old-school hopheads and new-school juicy bois and baes alike. Mosaic IPA is now available on shelves and taps throughout the state.
Desert Rose
Originally brewed to celebrate our 10th Anniversary, Desert Rose Gose won the crowd's hearts. Passionfruit and prickly pear are the stars of the show. This batch, packaged on 4-5-24, is more fruit-forward and has just the right amount of sour. We think it's our best batch yet.
A sour wheat ale brewed with prickly pear and passionfruit, Desert Rose Gose pours pink with a white head. It is tart, sweet, and juicy, with tropical fruit and candy shop aromas.
Rainbow Trout
This super limited spring release will only be available in select locations for a short time, just like those trout we are fishing for. First Cast is our ideal everyday beer, a well-balanced American IPA. It is named for the moments of joy you get as you begin a great day of fishing and for the fact that this was our ‘First Cast’ into the fantastic Colorado beer scene. Same delicious First Cast you have grown to love with a brilliant gold color, white head, and notes of grapefruit and pine.
Our tasting room is open seven days a week from 11-9 p.m. We have 16 beers on tap, Chaffee County’s only cask ale, wines from Archer Roose, and a pet-friendly tent. If alcohol isn’t your thing, we carry Dram Seltzers, and the Mangia Food Truck is always on site.
