'Tis The Barrel-Aged Beer Season!

The new year is upon us, so it’s time to wrap up our 2022 production calendar and look ahead to ‘23. We are closing this double deuce of a year out with some barrel-aged beauties

A fresh round of Oil Man just hit shelves throughout Colorado. Look for it in four variants; original, coconut, coffee, or salted caramel. Great independently or mix your favorites together.
Bonus small batch barrel-aged offering, our brand-new Buckhorn Strong Ale. This gem was aged on American Whiskey barrels that also held Spanish Sherry. Buckhorn will be limited to roughly 60 cases and only available at the brewery. Don’t sleep on it.

While we are talking about barrel aging, our brewers just filled some freshly emptied rum barrels from the amazing team at Montanya Distillery in Crested Butte. Look for our Rum Barrel aged Horchata Spiced Imperial Porteto release summer of 2023.

We have a fresh batch of Throwback Irish Red Ale in cans and on tap at all of the raddest bars and bottle shops in Colorado this winter. Throwback Red Ale is a malty, bready, old-school Irish Red for those who seek an alternative to the more prevalent fruit/hop/adjunct-focused beers.

The snow is falling, so get your winter wardrobe dialed with Elevation Beer Co. cold weather wear. A favorite among staff and guests is our Elmer Fudd hat paired up with an embroidered fleece and windbreaker. If you have ever visited the brewery here in Poncha Springs, you know we know a little something about wind.

Don’t let a little winter weather prevent you from stopping by for food and a brew. Our tasting room is open 7 days a week from 11-9 p.m.  We have 16 beers on tap, Chaffee County’s only cask ale, gluten-free tea inspired Steeped Seltzers, a pet-friendly heated tent, and movie nights every Wednesday. If alcohol isn’t your thing, we carry the full lineup of Dram Seltzers.  and the Mangia Food Truck is open Tuesday-Sunday from 12-6 p.m
