Spring is blowing in the wind.

We had a sweet (and sticky) time teaming up with our friends from Our Mutual Friend Brewing to create a Belgian Dubbel with Vermont Sticky maple syrup for this year's Collaboration Fest brew, hosted by the Colorado Brewers Guild. on March 25th.

Cosmic Gazer Hazy IPA
is joining our year-round lineup. The first batch will be available in late February. Pouring turbid gold with a white head, huge juicy tropical fruit aroma, restrained bitterness, soft mouthfeel, with passionfruit, peach, and citrus fruit on the palate.

They say, “History Repeats Itself” and “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results”. Call us crazy, but we present this classic West Coast Double IPA, harkening back to the days of craft beer IBU battles and an absence of adjuncts. Clarity, bitterness, restrained malt, and high alpha hops that start with the letter “C” make for a beer you may remember falling in love with in the 90’s….unless you were born in the 90’s, in which case we hope history repeats itself.

You may have noticed all of our beer is crowned with E6PR rings. These are fully biodegradable, compostable, and produced from a sustainable form of biomass. You can feel good about your environmental impact while you toss these back.
Only 2% of plastics make it through the recycling cycle, and over 269,000 tons of them are floating in our oceans. A test of our source water at the brewery revealed the absence of any microplastics or PFA’s. We want to keep those types of contaminants out and off of our product as much as possible. While we recognize the impact on margins this type of packaging can have, we think it's a worthy cause and hope you do too.

Don’t let a little winter weather prevent you from stopping by for food and a brew. Our tasting room is open seven days a week from 11-9 p.m.  We have 16 beers on tap, Chaffee County’s only cask ale, gluten-free tea-inspired Steeped Seltzers, a pet-friendly heated tent. If alcohol isn’t your thing, we carry the full lineup of Dram Seltzers.  and the Mangia Food Truck is open Tuesday-Sunday from 12-6 p.m
