From humble beginnings back in 2021, the Elevation food truck known as Mangia, pronounced: “Mon-Jaw,” Italian for “eat,” has grown into its own. Our menu has developed and maintained consistent “top 10” favorites, which has continued to bring back loyal customers. As of 2024, we are expanding our menu and are excited to broaden our tasty offerings.

We prioritize fresh ingredients, made to order, and incorporate our beer into the recipes as much as possible.
