Charging into 2022?
We are super stoked to roll into 2022 with the release of Tres Amigos Salt and Lime Lager. This light lager with sea salt and Mexican lime has been a tasting room (and staff) favorite for a couple of years now. A brew often purchased by the case and typically gone first from the cooler during our outings, Tres Amigos will be hitting shelves statewide in Colorado in February. Margarita vibes and just enough salinity to keep you sipping, Tres Amigos also makes a masterful michelada mixer. Just add your favorite bloody mix and Tajin to the rim of your glass, and you have yourself a vitamin and electrolyte-packed partner in crime (please don’t commit any actual crimes).
Cabana Hammock Hazy IPA will be packaged up in early 2022 as well. Cabana Hammock pours sultry golden bronze, with a soft mouthfeel and persistent head. Tropical fruitiness with notes of crushed grape, stone fruit, coconut, and kush. Available on draft and in 6-packs statewide at the coolest bars and bottle shops.
Elevation Beer Co. and The Tea Spot have teamed up to produce Summerville Steeped Seltzer. Made with mindfully sourced tea, and organic fruit puree, Summerville utilizes identifiable and colorful ingredients. Available in mixed packs featuring flavors such as hibiscus lime, and Darjeeling black tea lemon. Available in mixed 12-packs.
Last summer a herd of Deerhammer barrels appeared on our loading dock so we took the shot and filled 'em with beer! Barrel Rack is an English-inspired Barleywine featuring a heavy base malt of Maris Otter, boiled for over 3 hours. Rested on a blend of Rye, Single Malt, Smoked Corn whiskey, and Bourbon barrels from our friends in BV. Pouring deep amber with a tan head and intentional low carbonation, Barrel Rack has aromas of caramel, fig newton, and oak. With sweet smokiness, toffee, and just enough whiskey heat, this beer is one to fawn over. Limited to 100 cases for distribution, don’t miss out on Barrel Rack season starting in February.
In other news, winter has finally arrived in the Arkansas Valley which means the getting is good at Monarch Mountian. Cap off your day with a beer in our taproom or heated tent. Season pass holders get 10% off drafts. Our food truck is open Wednesday-Sunday from 12:30-7:00 PM, so you can refuel while you rehydrate. With 16 beers on tap, cask ale, steeped seltzer, and non-alc options from Dram, our tasting room has all of your impeccable tastes covered.
